Dear Tom and Ray:

If you could have any car, new or old, what would it be?
Rich

TOM: It would be a black, 1965 AMC Ambassador convertible, to replace the one my brother crushed one day when I wasn't looking. I called that car my "sleek, black beauty," and I had asked my brother to watch it for a few days at the garage, and when I came back to get it, he had sent it to the crusher! I'll never forgive him for it.

RAY: It wasn't a few days, it was eight months. And the reason he left it at the garage is because it didn't run anymore. It was a complete heap. There were dogs living in it. It was scaring away customers. It was an act of mercy to send it to the crusher. And he didn't even NOTICE that it was gone for over a month.

TOM: I categorically deny your allegations....except the one about the dogs. There was a nice, Shepherd family living in there. But you owe me a 65 Ambassador convertible.

RAY: Well then, I guess if I could have any car, it would also have to be a black, 65 AMC Ambassador convertible...so I could give it to my brother and shut him up about this once and for all.
