Finding a buyer for the Chalmers Owner magazine I just found from 1911.

Dear Tom and Ray:

Recently while cleaning out the basement, I found a copy of The Chalmers
Owner magazine with all of the articles dated 1911. The magazine is about
1/8 inch thick, and is in near-perfect condition. I have tried to find
someone who would want it, and only get a reluctant "Yeah, OK, I'll take
it." What would you do with it if you had it? -- Ben

TOM: What would I do with it? Well, it just so happens that I have a coffee
table in my living room with one leg shorter than the others. So I'd put it
under there and stop that table from wobbling.

RAY: I would put an ad in Hemmings Motor News, Ben. Hemmings, published in
Bennington, Vt., calls itself the "Bible of the Old Car Hobby." In other
words, just the kind of wackos who might pay 25 or 30 bucks for this kind
of magazine are the types who read Hemmings.

TOM: Hey, I read Hemmings!

RAY: I rest my case.
