I'm a long-time customer of Mark at G&M Services in Millis. I've come to trust Mark and his work. On many occasions, Mark performed work I had previously had done at a dealer for much less money and I feel at a higher level of quality. I keep every receipt so I know that brakes, wheel bearings, and alternators are a lot less here than at my dealer. Mark answers the phone and he completes work when promised at a fair price. I'm in the automobile business and I often ask Mark for advice for stories, including some published here at Car Talk.
