These guys have helped me out a few times with my Volkswagen. I appreciate their honesty and the friendly service. I'll definitely be back!

I am feeling a little stripped of my cash, but I guess I had a lot of repair work to do, and honestly my car is running really well after I brought it here. They, unlike the other garages this car has been to, noticed the dark transmission fluid and the unchanged fuel filter. Fixing just these two things I think has made a huge difference. They also noticed, sadly for my wallet, that my tires were nearly bald. I would recommend, in hind sight, getting your tires replaced at a tire store. It would cost less. But still, they did everything in a timely manner, put up with my frequent phone calls, and tried to address all my problems. I will go here again. Oh, and also one time I brought it in with battery problems. The mechanic noticed the battery leads were loose. He just tightened them down for free! No problem, no payment. That action alone bought my loyalty to this place.

This was by far the best car repair experience of our lives. We were in a wreck en route from Vancouver to Portland. Green Drop had a full day of Saturday customers scheduled but somehow managed to squeeze us in to repair a broken motor mount. Without it we could not have returned home on time. They were exceptionally kind to us when they could have been sharks! I liked them so much that I would be tempted to bring my car to them from Canada for service in the future. Thank you so, so much Lane, Taylor, Ian and Farhad plus others we did not meet personally. What a great, great team of professionals.

Poor customer service, Unnecessary charges. I was unimpressed with Green Drop, will not be returning, and suggest that you spend your hard-earned dough elsewhere. I took in my 2004 Honda Civic today at 2pm and the fellow at the counter was impatient and short right off the bat. He didn't want to take the time to explain my options, and when I did get answers the staff seemed unsure. The employee's poor attitude continued when I got my bill. I questioned a $55 charge to test my battery because, in my experience, this test is complimentary and takes a couple seconds to execute. He quickly dismissed the charge with a moody comment and no further explanation. It made me feel like they try to pass these charges off regularly to the unsuspecting. I thanked him upon leaving and he didn't acknowledge me verbally or look me in the eye. I'm pretty sure I wasn't being a needy customer and certainly wasn't in a bad mood until I left the establishment.

Want to start by saying that my low grade has nothing to do with their customer service, which is good. I went in for an oil change and they recommended these services: 1. Remove & replace valve cover gasket ($264.37) 2. Mount and Balance 3 Tires - Alignment ($429.00) 3. Replace steering linkage ($700) I then took it to two other shops that I trust, Les Schwab on Lombard and Madison Auto, for second opinion. I didn't tell either shop of the recs by Green Drop. Les Schwab said my tires didn't need to be aligned and had 10k left in them. They also charge $200 less for same mount and balance service. I had them check steering linkage and they said it was fine, which Madison Auto also confirmed later. I had Madison Auto do cover gasket work and they charged me $130 w/ service, $110 less than Green Drop's estimate. So, yes, I really appreciate the free coffee voucher and friendly customer service at Green Drop but I'd definitely double-check with other shops before getting their service if you don't want to be overcharged and talked into having work done you may not need. I really want to support local shops like Green Drop but I really feel like a really dodged a bullet here financially.

Car problems and had to pull off the road. Just so happened to be right in front of their shop. They approached me and offered their help. Checked my oil, added some coolant, and fixed a leak. Didn’t charge me thing. Super nice a friendly the whole time.
